of the mundane with the beautiful. Nice!

yes, doesn't life indeed seem like a conspiracy
for which we are responsible! I am pulled
to the poem's beginning, the cat almost withering
away -- and the energy of the final stanza!

Love the way the speaker's partner transforms
as the poem unfolds: "My woman"
"The snorer" "warm and fresh
as oven baked bread / naked and sexy / as
I need her to be." Genius ending.
