The 2012 Draft had the look and feel of a special
draft - notably because it featured two unique franchise
QBs Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III, taken by the
69ers and United #1 and #2 overall). After just one
full season those players appear to have turned their
franchises into legitimate Prestige Championship contenders.
United and the 69ers have both been incredibly impressive
over the first two weeks of the season and now they
square off in a matchup with significant impact on
their respective divisions. In other Week 3 matchups,
undefeated A II P will seek an 11th straight head-to-head
victory over the Tomcats; Lake Show and 328's both
try to earn their first win of the season and avoid
an early 0-3 hole; H has scored well but it has not
shown up in the standings as they also hope to avoid
an 0-3 start against a Lightning team seeking a second
straight win; the O's plans of earning a first win
of the year will be heavily challenged as they face
the defending Prestige Champions - a team that is
off to the best scoring start in league history.
