Four weeks remain in the regular season and nine teams
remain in the hunt for the final five Prestige Playoff
spots. Among the remaining spots is the National League
champion (and first round bye). H has not won a division
title since 2005 but they remain in contention despite
the disappointing loss last week. A win here (in the
Game of the Week against two-time defending National
League Champion Tormenta) would put them right back
in the mix but a loss would likely leave them only
with Wild Card hopes. Their opponent Tormenta enters
the week having lost two straight and scoring below
90 pts in each loss. The injury to qb Aaron Rodgers
is clearly taking effect but this remains a team on
a record-scoring pace, and they are the leagues defending
Prestige Champions. It would be difficult to overlook
them as a strong contender to repeat again (regardless
of the results the past two weeks; In other Week 11
matchups, the 69ers are looking to creep into the
division title race as they are tied with Tormenta.
They will face an O's team coming off a dominant win
and holding onto a Wild Card spot at 4-6. In a huge
wild card matchup 328's and Lightning square off.
Both teams enter the Week having won two straight;
328's (currently holding the sixth and final Wild
Card spot) has been very consistent the last five
weeks (with over 100 pts in each week). Lightning
has been up and down all year but they're currently
winners of two straight; Lake Show has incredibly
turned around their season as they've won three straight
since the 0-7 start and are now in the Wild Card mix.
They'll face an A II P team that can clinch a fifth
straight division title with a win here; United and
the Tomcats are both trying to end multi-game losing
streaks and stay alive in the Prestige Playoff hunt.
