The 20th Season has officially arrived as opening kickoff takes place Thursday Night September 4th. All ten teams enter the weekend with the same records, as the journey toward the ultimate goal of a Prestige Championship season begins this week. Every team has the same goal and the quest for that goal starts now. The Opening Week will begin with some exciting matchups as the defending Prestige Champions meet up against a rising H with high expectations. The Preseason was a bit of a disappointment for H, who went without a win for the first time in franchise history. The Preseason went well for the 69ers, who looked as dominant as ever going 4-0 and scoring a league high 180 points. In other Week 1 matchups, A II P and O's face-off in a rematch of last years thrilling opening week game which saw a combined 301 points; the Tomcats seeks a second straight win on Opening Week as they meet a Lions that must avoid the poor start that plagued them a year ago; Lightning has only won on Opening Week once in the last six years. They will face a challenge this year against a Tormenta team that was explosive in the month of September a year ago; United and 328's go against in each in an early meeting of division-foes.
