Playing in the Prestige Championship for the second straight year and third time in the last four years, Tormenta won it's second Prestige Championship with an impressive 120-85 victory over 4th seeded Lightning. Qb Aaron Rodgers scored over 55 pts for the second straight postseason game and rb Adrian Peterson earned Prestige Championship MVP honors with a 24 point performance. Wr Wes Welker also contributed to the win scoring 18 points. Tormenta becomes the sixth franchise to win multiple Prestige Championships (fourth among current ownership). Tormenta is also the first team since the 2000 O's to win both the National League and Prestige title in the same season. For Lightning it ends a three-game winning streak and marks a third time the franchise has lost in the Prestige Championship (in four total appearances). Tormenta can now look to tie the league record with a third straight Finals appearance in 2013. In the meantime however they can celebrate the successful 2012 season, which culminates a Prestige Championship victory.
