What is a Podcast?
A podcast is rich media, such as audio or video, distributed via RSS (Really Simple Syndication). Feeds provide updates whenever there is new content. FeedBurner makes it easy to receive content updates in popular podcatchers. Subscriptions are free! Subscribing to the podcast simply means you are telling your podcast receiver to deliver new episodes of the podcast to your computer automatically. If you prefer, you can listen on-line (stream) or download the MP3 files from this page. The advantage of subscribing to the podcast feed, however, is that you do not need to check back for updates.
