On
Tuesday October 12th at 7pm, Poetry
Noir
and The
Ambler Theater are joining together
to bring the full-length, 35mm screening of Sunset
Boulevard (1950), followed by a poetry reading
featuring five MCPLs! The MCPL poets will read their
original poems inspired by different elements in
this film.
The
MCPL program encourages poets of all ages to participate
in the latest Poetry Noir challenge prior to Oct
12, by visiting the Poetry
Noir or Student
Poetry Noir websites. All poets who submit
a poem for this challenge will be published online
and entered into a drawing to win two FREE TICKETS
for the Poetry Noir at The Ambler Theater event
on Tuesday, October 12th at 7pm.
