 Margaret
Almon grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and moved
to the United States in 1985. She has an MFA in creative
writing from the University of Oregon. Her poems appear
in a range of literary journals such as Seattle Review,
Indiana Review, West Branch, and HEArt Quarterly.
She is the recipient of grants from the NEA and from
the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. Creating mosaic
art is another passion, and she has a business, nutmegdesigns.etsy.com.
She lives in Lansdale, with her husband Wayne Stratz. |
