MONTCO POETRY PODCASTS
WITH DAVID SIMPSON

We're pleased to announce a new poetry podcast series on the website, where we have already posted three podcasts. The first of these features Elizabeth Rivers, the 2008 Montgomery County Poet Laureate, giving a brief speech and reading two poems at her award ceremony, while the second and third comprise a two-part interview with Marie Howe, reading from and talking about her newest collection of poetry, The Kingdom of Ordinary Time.

Future podcasts will present interviews with poets of local and national distinction, highlights from readings, and lively discussions about various aspects of poetry.
