Week 5 is generally referred to as the leagues 'Rivalry Weekend'. It marks the last of divisional matchups until they return in Week 10 and then continue through the final five weeks of the regular season. What would a Rivalry Weekend be without the traditional matchup of O's and H, two historic franchises that seem to be in contention for the National League title every season. This year the division seems wide open as four teams enter the week tied atop the National League standings. Among them is H and the O's, the leagues two highest scoring teams after the first month. In other Week 5 games, A II P will try to remain the league only unbeaten team against a Tomcats team that is seeking a third straight win since the 0-2 start; Lake Show tries to keep pace with the American League as they play a 328's team coming off its first loss of the year; Two of the leagues most improved teams United and Lightning square off in the only non-divisional game of Week 5; and the defending Prestige Champions try to avoid another slow 1-4 start as they play a Tormenta team seeking a rare strong start. The division races will not be decided in this week, but they may be prove to be pivotal as we soon enter a four week stretch of non-divisional matchups.
